Horrible experience waited 1 hour and half and the customer service agent was rude and didnt care at all lied said would be a short 15 min wait that was actually 1 hour and half made us late for the funeral .didnt have any cars to rent ..how do you rent cars when you dont have any ???.horrible!!was a new suv but filthy on the inside on top of oil service light on would never rent from this place again
