Extremely Happy with Dollar Car Rental at El Paso Airport. I had a great experience renting from this location. The pickup process was quick and efficient, and the staff was friendly and professional. The vehicle was clean, in excellent condition, and the fuel tank was completely full when I picked it up, which I really appreciated. Everything was exactly as expected, and the return process was smooth as well. Thank you for providing such reliable and professional service. I would definitely rent from this location again.
I am writing to address a discrepancy regarding a lost item. I recently returned a rental vehicle and subsequently realized I had left my phone inside. Upon returning to the rental location within 30 minutes, I was informed that the vehicle had been sent for cleaning. While a staff member offered to investigate, the car was returned to the lot, and I was informed that no phone was found. Everything was good except that the passenger seat belt kept locking on my wife and she would have to remove it to unlock when moving.
