Arrived at El Paso airport, we had a reservation for a car. They told me they were out of cars. Not all cars, just the class of vehicle which I had reserved. They would not give me a different vehicle which they stated they had in stock. We had to wait about 1.5 hours before they finally gave us a car. Frustrating to say the least. Calling Customer service was no help either. Not a good experience.
Amazing rental company very affordable clean cars and amazing costumer service!
Labor Day weekend. I rented a midsize SUV to drive one way to Austin. I shared my Survey with Dollar/Hertz, and I did that twice. They have not responded if they don't respond in a few days, I will tell you all about it. It wasn't good.
Only problem is i left my sony headphones...no way to recover
