Friendly and affordable
I rent from Dollar all the time. The rates are great, the customer service agents are all very friendly and the cars are clean. I also appreciate that I can use my debit card and don't need to have a plane ticket to rent from the airport location.
There was a time when Dollar, Cleveland Airport wouldn't have received such a high rating, but over the past 3 years I have seen significant improvement in the engagement of your colleagues and a much heightened level of service. Thank you!

Had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to show up at the desk, he pushed me to buy extra insurance which I didnt. They told me I was getting certain car and when I went out it wasn't available, I asked a person in a booth and she told me to pick one of those five cars in front of me. I picked a Corolla that had the "maintence required" light on the entire 10 days....return was easy and fast
