Avoid this location! – Counter customer service was terrible. Took 6-7 minutes for them to enter my information in the system for an existing reservation. Whatever the rently rate, not worth it to deal with the employees at this location.

Not too impressed – I have rented from them in the past (they are located close to my home) and I have not been too thrilled with them. They charged me for gas that they were not supposed to (the car was supposed to be full when I picked it up). Took a bit of time to get reimbursed. The guy at the counter was a fast-talking used car salesman type who really pushed their insurance plan (though if you have a Visa card you dont need it - but he acted as though he knew nothing about such coverage).
