I would not go here if I were you. Dollar Loan Center claims you need no checking account and so forth. However, if you choose not to own a cell phone they will run a credit check on your credit history. Ultimately they will deny you. I know People who get loan after loan from them who are totally irresponsible and rarely make their payments.
