Worst experience ever! They want my first born for collateral. They send emails asking for a response but they don't reply back. I call and get the runaround. What a waste of my time.
These people are fruad they get paid off of you no matter what I was approved for 7,000 yet I was denied for loan they want you to trust them but they are very dirty and then insinuated that my check stub wasn't real I can't stand for this now I'll be reporting them to the proper agencies and following suit because they accepted my social security card which is a binding agreement and didn't honor their side of the contract you mess with the wrong guy this time let you slide the first time but not this time people don't trus... read more
5 stars is for MARY at the corporate office. I have had bad and just wrong information from day one. And a serious of disrespect and rudeness amongst other things the whole way. HOWEVER today was the first day I spoke with an awesome young lady named Mary from corporate office. She was very informative professional and kind. Explained things not a single person even attempted in all of these months. I feel much better knowing that business has at least one decent knowledgable person who treats customers with respect.
