They reached out to me saying I was approved took me through several steps sent over all my documents and then said they were just waiting to speak with my employer as they don't accept the work number as a third party verification option and then cancelled my loan and then said it was reopened then said it was cancelled then said it was denied. Been waiting three days for this after they reached out to me. Horrible SVC and being that they reached out to me appalling.

Terrible, takes days. Very inconsistent.. asking for to much information, had to send in everything they wanted plus more with a picture of my SSN, because they were acting like they didn’t trust me, Was questioned about my credit history that I’ve been working on as if I wasn’t worthy of their services. I was approved with Check City, no hassle for a $1400 loan, very sweet and caring people over there.. these ones were transferring me, hanging up in my face. Terrible experience. Told me I was approved a few times then disappeared a few day checked portal thats how I found out really denied their marketing is an exaggeration not that easy weird is I had loan before paid no problem
