I am a close relative of someone who has used their services for years and at first was satisfied. They were fair and worked with him. But as for the past few months they've been unwilling to work with him, despite his hardship. When he HAS made recent payments, thinking they would honor them and give him a little slack, they'd up his interest!! How is that 'working' with him??!!
