They help as best as they can. Great deals if you use their app. This location was actually clean and clutter free, 1st time in years. Must have new management
Had a awful cashier. I asked her if they had any USB to USB C cables, she tried to sell me a 10ft Micro cable for 15$. I looked at her, no. I need USB to USB C. She then gave me a USB C to USB C. Again, I say no. She starts cursing me under her breath, before getting the right cable. All the cables were behind the counter for some reason. Awful experience.
I’ve only been to 2 or 3 dollar generals that deserve more than 4 stars, and I visit these stores frequently. Usually, there is only 1 person in the store and they are trying to do everything. If there are 2 in the store, the experience is better, but still not great. If there are 3 or more employees, something is happening and the store is an absolute mess. Most of the employees are nice, which is why they get higher stars, but I feel so bad for the solo employee…
