Came in 12 minutes before closing. Employee (who worked 1/1/26) stated that I “had 2 minutes to get my items and check out.” I asked, “Don’t y’all close at 9pm?” She responded with, “No, we close at 8:50pm.” To which I responded with, “That’s not what the sign says.” She went outside to smoke, I rolled my cart back, took a picture of the sign (which clearly states they close at 9pm). She then chuckled and mumbled under her breath. If the sign says 9pm, it’s 9pm… Worst customer service and will not be back.
I had the worst experience at this store on 6-14-25 customer service was extremely rude and the stockers were rude. This was the nigh shift!!!! Day shift is very pleasant and professional. Cashier Deanna very rude towards customers when they asked a question. I was speechless
This is one of the cleanest most organized store in our area and I’ve been to them ALL! It’s so organized and staff is very friendly!
