Amazing customer service from Pawan really nyc lady she pays full attention and very helpful lady . I inflate my balloons very well with full of patience. She is lovely lady and the shop pretty as well.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Ordered a foil balloon, the lady was too busy on the phone to take the order so we had to go to Coles and come back. She then practically ignored our request when we came back as she was sitting eating her lunch. We paid for the balloon, came back the next day to collect, again had to wait a few minutes while she spoke on the phone, only to find she’d forgotten to inflate the balloon. Very bad service and quality of products we bought a foil balloon and had filled with helium, got home and balloon just deflated and that is just 5min drive to home. Went back and ask for replacement and the lady just refuse and we had to pay for both the balloon and helium.
