Left a raincoat in the car with my house/ car keys in the pocket. I immediately filled out the form for lost items in the car. I made the report 1.5 hours after dropping the car at the airport.Used Instagram to have them send the location a message twice and nothing. It says when lost items are left in the car you hold onto to it for 30 days. Where are my car keys and where is my raincoat? Did someone just keep my raincoat and toss the keys? I expect more from you. Yes I made an error, but where did my car keys go?

Dear Dollar Mgmt Team, Today (8/9/2025) I picked up a rental at Reagan Airport from Dollar. Upon entering the empty line I had walked past the " Stop" sign and was told to stop by the heavy set Dollar agent at the counter, wearing a mask. I stopped. He asked if I was Dollar or Thrifty.
