So far everyone I've talked to has been nice, but the rental service itself is poorly managed. 1 person checking people in with 15 people waiting. No car cleaned and available when you arrived with a reservation. I probably get 10 rentals or more a year and this has never happened.
Please don't book cars with Dollar or Thrifty at all! They don't have enough staff – only 2 reps are helping customers. We waited in line for 1hr 25 minutes, and we had a pre-checked reservation. Sixt Rent a Car has plenty of staff and cars, and their service is quick.
Chris, the guy at the desk, is shockingly rude and extremely unprofessional!! His condescending tone, arrogance, impatience and openly offensive behavior made the interaction unacceptable. No customer should be treated with such disrespect and aggression, especially by someone in customer-facing role. It's deeply concerning that this level of behavior and conduct is tolerated, particularly given that other reviews reflect similar experiences. This pattern suggests a serious issue that management needs to address immediately.
The guy in the front desk is super unprofessional. Im sure he has had many complaints on him because his attitude is horrible. Had attitude with all the customers who were there like he hates his job. Isn’t this job about customer service? Yea this guy has none of that. Will be going with another company next time dont care if I pay more
