Disappointing, Dodgy Dollar Car Rental. We had a negative experience with Dollar Car Rental following our week in the Whitsundays. The price initially seemed great, and the ladies at the desk were lovely but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The car we received was covered in scratches and scuffs, and had a very low chassis that was unsuitable for Airlie Beach, where most kerbs and parking bays are raised.
