Do not hire from this company. I hired a vechile in January for four days. They have since charged my card an unauthorised charge of $3000+ and I am having no luck with retrieving this money. It's almost impossible to get hold of them over the phone and I'm told it must be done by email and to expect a reply in 5 days at the earliest. Despite being polite on my phone calls to resolve this matter I'm being told there is nothing that can be done to come up with a resolution. Avoid this company
Tyler was a gem. Very friendly and helpful. Super easy pickup and drop off (didn’t catch the person’s name who took the car on the return but they were very nice and made things super quick for us!)
The car rental petrol surcharges are exorbitant. Do take note that petrol top up should be done just before returning the car, otherwise be prepared for the high charges.
