Salman was genuinely great! He was helpful and he upgraded me for a better experience. Explained everything thoroughly, I didn’t have to wait for more than 5 mins and the rental process was smooth and efficient! Been using Avis but I may consider using Dollar more often and their prices are much better!
This place sucks so bad, please don’t waste your time
The price on the Discovery app was a complete bait. At the Dollar counter they kept adding charge after charge after charge. By the end, the “cheap deal” was nowhere near cheap. This honestly felt like a classic trap — advertise low online, then pressure customers into paying much more in person when they have no choice. The staff were rude, dismissive, and clearly used to dealing with angry customers. That alone says a lot about how often this happens. 非常棒的經驗，安心、快速又清楚、車很新，很順暢的取車還車，下一次還要再來租 1）冬季雪地駕駛一定要加雪胎，一天20加幣雖然很貴，我們又租了兩週，但很放心 2）4x4 的車比較能在大雪積雪的地方脫困，我們這次就遇到了，其他人都卡住 3）我們租RAV4 但雪胎沒有這種車給我們Nissan 所以網站預選只是參考而已，事實上還是要看實際有什麼車，但這次車很新很滿意
