smooth process - picked up the vehicle from dollar calgary airport in October and dropped off in Vancouver .. no issues whatsoever..
I can’t believe the way we were treated. The customer service at the desk (Bipan) was extremely rude, showed so much attitude, and contempt. I asked a simple question to clarify something and she was so rude. Worst customer service I’ve ever received.

저렴한 가격이라 예약했으나 현장에서 추가적인 결제비용 및 딜레이된 픽업시간, 직원불친절 등 다신 이용하고 싶지 않습니다. 1. 금요일 저녁 6시 예약하였고 도착시간은 5시 40분이였으나 차량 수령은 7시 50분 쯤에 받았습니다. 2. 영어를 유창하게 하지 못해서인지 남자직원은 당연하게 보험 관련 추가금 300불 더 얹어서 디파짓 350불 포함 650불정도 결제하도록 유도 했습니다. (저흰 이미 부킹닷컴을 통해 슈페리어등급 보험을 가입해둔 상태였습니다) 조심하세요!!! 저는 확인 후 필요없으니 예약한 대로만 진행해달라 했습니다. 그래서 디파짓 350불 + p&p 60불정도 해서 총 410불 결제되었습니다. 저 위의 p&p가 뭐냐면 “개인상해소지품보험” 입니다. (사실 저것도 사전에 동의를 구하지 않고 ~~그냥 최종가격만 알려준체 결제한것임...) 그리고 계약서를 받았는데 p&p보험이 없네요..;;; (영수증엔 p&p, 계약서엔 pers 라고 적혀있는데 둘 다 같은 말 입니다. ) 꼭 꼼꼼히 확인하세요!!!!!!!! 저희처럼 60불 그냥 ... read more
