Under no circumstances should you use this company. . Every single reservation was messed up making for painstakingly long lines .our reservation was prepaid ahead of time. My husband’s credit cards chip would not read. Though it was prepaid we were s.o.o.l. . We had to call customer service ourselves, which meant getting out of line . I flew into Memphis for Memorial Day weekend and when I got to the Dollar car rental counter, I was told that I would have to wait THREE hours for my prepaid car rental. I was told that the cars were available, but they were short on staff for cleaning them. The people before me got the same information. I could not believe that on one of the busiest weekends of the year, this company did not make sure they had enough help!
