Had a great trip, then left my jacket in the backseat of the car. The process to get your item or even get in touch with anyone is broken. I have filled out the same forms at least 4 times and been in email correspondence with everyone that can't do anything. I was even promised a follow from the Area Mgr., but still no correspondence from the location. This will lose my business for sure. Rented a vehicle at VPS Airport for vacation. Our rental was in excellent condition and very clean. I would use Dollar Car Rental again and recommend them.
You have to walk a country mile tugging ur luggage from the counter to where the vehicle is parked, the ladies at the counter were super friendly
