Very helpful during an early morning return. I had two oversized bags and no cart to move them. An attendant had me call the courtesy bus who came and got my into bus and drop me off in a convenient spot at the terminal. Thanks
Horrible experience with Hertz/Dollar located at Birmingham, Alabama Airport. We booked our reservation 2 months prior and when we arrived the Hertz/Dollar counter told us they could not give us our reservation because we did not prepay for out rental. We were stranded for 3 hours going to other counters and trying to get them to honor our confirmation. We have rented cars for 30 years and never seen this happen. Theire junk fees are out of control. These 'made up' charges are unbearable, confusing and nonsensical.!!?
Easy pick-up/ drop-off, did not have windshield washer fluid though...
