This was the easiest car rental I’ve had, down here. Desk staff is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Car was fairly new (~4,000 miles). The check out and check in were super smooth. Absolutely great that the desk is right next to baggage claim and car is 100 yards from terminal entrance. Definitely give them a try.

When I picked up the car I was told if smoked or vaped I would get charged $250. BUT apparently they never checked or charged the person before me as clearly they had smoked! The car smelled so bad and when I tried to swap it I was told there were no other cars available. It was horrible. When I dropped the car off there was no one available to help I just parked it, amongst a lot of other cars and left the keys with someone at the counter her who said and did nothing. Terrible customer service!
