Great price. I reserved and compact car, and I got a 4Runner TDR. MAKENZIE was just great. I really loved the experience. It is now my preferred car rental company. I am so frustrated with Enterprise at Beaufort SC. Last 3 times, I reserved a car 1 week in advance and by the time to get the car, they said it was “sold out”. With Hertz/Thrift/Dollar I never have this problem ! Enterprise SUCKS.
Reserved a compact car , but upon arrival at Hilton Head airport, I was told all that was available was a Jeep Grand Wagon ,which of course was an "upgrade " that I didn't want , costing $50 more . Jeep was clean & nice , but much more than I wanted or needed! Next time I'll try another company . Sincerely, David Laferriere
Very accommodating. Difficult to reach by phone at Hilton Head. Overall though, good experience.
Counter person was very courteous and helpful. Car was clean and comfortable. Gas mileage was excellent.
