Ridiculous experience stay away from this company, not only did they not save us any money because they charged us for extra insurance which doubled the price without us knowing but they also refuse to refund the money. Also after loading the car they stopped us to tell us they sold the car and made us pack into a different car so just go to enterprise or hertz and save yourself some money and time because you won't save either here!
Extremely RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and treats customers like GARBAGE. The service is horrible just like the car she provided. I think the only five stars she received was from herself. A bad mark on the name of Dollar. Never had this terrible experience with any other car rental agency. I am not someone who ever writes reviews but my experience with this rental and that lady forced me to write this. If you want to avoid any sort of inconvenience with your rental, spare yourself from going to this place.

If I could give no stars I would. I went to pick up my van which was reserved on June 15th@ noon. I arrived at 1132. Donald came out at 1135. I had my mask on (he didn’t) of course he couldn’t hear me. I asked him did he want me to take it off and he heard that fine by responding no I’ll go get mines. I handed him my identification and that’s when the disappointment started.
