starting off bad, got them with my expedia trip their pre check in link was horrible took forever to get to the end had to "take pics" multiple time, finally got through that and then the credit card part refused to work, so now I'll just skip it all, wish I'd read the reviews first I have super low expectations

Sempre tentam te enganar! Minha reserva era de 240 dólares, quando fui retirar me obrigaram a aceitar por 329 dólares e na hora de entregar fizeram uma fraude! Só scanearam o carro uma hora após a entrega para poder cobrar mais uma diária! Não recomento! Empresa não é seria

DO NOT rent a car from this facility. Spend a bit more and go somewhere else. I also don’t recommend Thrifty car, they are the same company. I spent five hours on the phone trying for them to remove the insurance from my rental since I had already paid for the insurance through Travelocity. They told me that they cannot remove it and there is nothing they can do. They kept on telling me to call the original place that I got the vehicle from.
