Man !! Came here to get my INS rental. The guy at the front acted like a female for no reason. Example this person will ignore you give you attitude over asking simple questions. I told him man to man you don’t have to act in a childish way. Asked this man can I see the rental first before signing anything. This man said it’s only one we got look outside. I said where is it ? I came to see Rashaad at the Irving Hertz location next to target the customer service experience was amazing. I highly recommend anybody who was looking for a good rental to come check out this location the reviews don’t tell good you have to check it out yourself.
