Absolutely horrible experience with Dollar Rental. This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. First issue — the booking confirmation had ZERO clear instructions. There is no proper Dollar Rental office at the location, and I had to walk around the entire complex multiple times trying to figure out where to go. Man !! Came here to get my INS rental. The guy at the front acted like a female for no reason. Example this person will ignore you give you attitude over asking simple questions. I told him man to man you don’t have to act in a childish way. Asked this man can I see the rental first before signing anything. This man said it’s only one we got look outside. I said where is it ?
