Rented a car to drive to Branson, MO for a few days. Was looking forward to seeing the Ozarks for the first time and going to Silver Dollar City. My flight from Houston to XNA got delayed by an hour and a half and I show up to the desk to be informed that I got marked as a 'no show' with my reservation being cancelled and the vehicle was rented to someone else. RENTERS BEWARE!!! @dollarcarrental We did a weekly rental through Dollar for vacation last week and we were saddled with a vehicle that would not start half the time. We called Emergency Roadside Assistance multiple times throughout the week and were given no good options!! We were on our own. We finally got the piece of junk back to Dollar a day early and they promised a car would be waiting. We arrived to find a lobby full of people that had been waiting for 4 hours for their rental.
