Rented a car to drive to Branson, MO for a few days. Was looking forward to seeing the Ozarks for the first time and going to Silver Dollar City. My flight from Houston to XNA got delayed by an hour and a half and I show up to the desk to be informed that I got marked as a 'no show' with my reservation being cancelled and the vehicle was rented to someone else. RENTERS BEWARE!!! @dollarcarrental We did a weekly rental through Dollar for vacation last week and we were saddled with a vehicle that would not start half the time. We called Emergency Roadside Assistance multiple times throughout the week and were given no good options!! We were on our own. Rented a Minivan for a company trip. We had a flat. There was no spare or jack. They wanted to tow the rental two hours away where we rented it. They wanted us to find a ride back to the rental company to rent a replacement, two hours away from my location. We paid to have the flat fixed and won't be renting from Dollar Cat Rental again.
