Rented a car through expedia in advance to save money. My rental was cancelled a week before my trip because "the station is closed" so now I have to pay over $100 more than i originally paid to get a last minute SUV rental.

Car died on the interstate, called to get a new car or compensation.. they laughed and said “ no no we don’t do that here”. Got stuck on the interstate for 2 and half hours, put oil in the car and didn’t get compensated for it too. Just worst experience ever. So pray that your rental doesn’t brake down because of it does, they’ll do the bare minimum and send you on your way.

Worst experience ever.. booked my reservation online two days ago, paid for everything online, i get to the airport and this rude counter clerk says their policy has changed as of the 1st of April. I asked can i get refunded then? she says call customer service. Wife wife tries with her credit card, she says her maiden name is not on all of her cards so she cannot rent it either. I swear Yeager airport Dollar rental is the worst.WORST, WORST

Rented from Monday-Thursday for $102 through priceline. Needed 2 extra days so I called their 1800 number (Dollar Rental). I was told $48/day, It was actually 202.22 total for those 2 days + $102 from the original price. Save yourself a headache.. Go somewhere else. You're bill will have a $30 charge for the rental location, $6 for their lease tax, $1.49 for energy consumption (?), extra charges for hours you did not go over, etc. etc. I will NEVER go back here.
