Everything went smoothly – the car was brand new, so in perfect condition. Check-in and drop-off were quick with no waiting time. Customer service was excellent. I fully recommend them. Thank you!
This phone goes to their main customer "service". It will not connect you to a live person at the airport but you can listen to their muzak for 40 minutes and then give up. I followed the link in owner's response. I am missing credit cards and their questions to id them make no sense. They are repetitive Bank? Bank? Name of Card? Totally useless. And waiting 3-5 business days for a response is unacceptable. I will take my business elsewhere.
Excellent service at the counter. Disgusting car. Got in and it was filthy. The cup holders are dirty. Passenger seat and back covered in someone's suntan lotion caked on. Was not vaccuumed and filthy dash also covered in suntan lotion handprints and dirt. I had a towel to put down but didn't protect my light pants or black blouse from this (nor should I have to). Do NOT rent any car from this company! Our car key ran out of battery just two hours after we rented the car, and we were completely unable to lock it and keep make sounds during the drive. We went to a Auto repair center, and the staff there told us that this company never replaces the batteries in their keys, she been help a lot of other customers from this company. When I went to return the car, the company staff said that if I wanted to claim the cost of the battery, I had to wait in a queue of at least five people. I to... read more
