Booking occurred April 7-15 2025. The initial vehicle pick up went well - booking of the vehicle was done through my company. The rental was for 8 days in total for business use. I arrived early to return the vehicle. No damages were noted, nothing of interest happened with the vehicle. Upon the technician's inspection, they found the equivalent of 1mm scratch on the windshield and proceeded to charge me for a full windshield replacement.
