Wir hatten im Vorfeld unserer Kanada-Rundreise ein Fahrzeug gebucht und auch erhalten. Die Dame am Counter war zwar nicht unfreundlich, aber richtig freundlich und serviceorientiert geht anders! Im Vorfeld hatte ich per E-Mail bei dem Fahrzeug um ein eingebautes Navi-System gebeten. Was war vorhanden .... nichts. Ein Fahrzeug mit Navi hätte pro Tag 42 CAD extra gekostet :-( Zum Glück hatte unser Fahrzeug Android-Auto verbaut, so dass wir gut mit Google-Maps zurecht kamen. BE AWARE: If you have a booking confirmed you will need 2 pieces of picture ID to complete the procedure. Coming from Vancouver we had no passport and our health cards are on our picture ID drivers licence. They said a Costco card would work which we don't have. We are in our seventies and came in with all our luggage piled up and were treated like we came to steal the car. Something wrong here with these people. Nowhere in our confirmation email did it say that we needed 2 pieces of picture id before any of our credit cards... read more

My pick up was at 10:30 Please avoid if you’re running on a schedule! I had made the reservation a week ago, they didn’t have the car ready when I got here. I was here on time! They also add in additional charges that weren’t mentioned in the reservation I waited for 50mins just to get to the car

No lines, clean modern car, no upsells, no issues when registering or when returning vehicle . No hidden fees.
