Horrible experience! Wait time is too long I reserved the car last week
Two companies and no one is working

1 hour wait to get the car, after check in. This is simply inadmissable. 10 Hours flight, 6 Hours Jet-lag , 2 children crying, and you steal 1 hour of our time in Canada because you don't pay enough workers to prepare cars ? The worst renting experience of my life . And please note that front desk workers were absolutely professional and sorry for the situation.
