They were so kind at both pick up and drop off when dealing with an airport you don't know or haven't been to lately. When I picked up it was get the keys and go and when I dropped off it was hand the keys in and go.

I always rent with dollar/ thrifty at pearson terminal 3. Staff is excellent always super fast service cars always available. Ive rented from many companies and they are my go to. They dont give you any hassle and even when it is busy they always manage to ensure you understand everything and are efficient.

I have rented from several budget car rentals before and I found that Dollar provides you exactly the service you expect for the price you pay. As always with budget rentals, you have to read the fine print, educate yourself about insurance before, have a credit card ready, come early there are always queues as they are likely short-staffed. The employees were helpful and kind. The car war brand new (11k) and clean. The check in and out was quick.

We had a good experience renting from Dollar car rental. It is located across terminal 1, towards the parking lot. There was a short line with 2 people staff available. We ordered a smaller car but found it too low. So we ended up going back to the counter and we upgraded to a taller car, which was really done. Returning the car was also easy. Drive following the signs for rental returns. It was returned within a minute. Great service, thank you.
