I had an awful experience with Dollar Car Rental / Toronto Airport. I booked and paid extra (about CAD $100 more) for a Ford Edge or similar Standard SUV, as I traveled with my parents who needed the larger cargo space to accommodate their wheelchair. At pickup, they gave me a Volvo B5, claiming it was an “equivalent” vehicle. That is completely misleading — the Volvo B5 has barely half the Ford Edge’s cargo capacity. A bit expensive but convenient
All Good
Third class pathetic service. I have not given any notice on non refundable while I have cancelled my ride 2 days advance. I have booked through expedia and cancelled it in dollar cars directly. I have requested them to rebook if they can not refund but no response. Never expected they will loot $300 for free.
