The rental experience itself was ordinary, but there were many hidden expenses, beware.
Never rent a car from this company. They will charge you nearly double what was quoted in the email($370 to $684), add items you specifically denied at the counter, and lie to your face about getting a "free" upgrade. We just finished talking to customer service and were to to pound sand. This company is nothing but a con specifically designed to take advantage of vacationers. The line was over an hour long as well, which to their credit, should have been fair warning to us to cancel and go with another company.
