The lady working the front counter was very rude to several customers while I was in there. While even in my dealing with her she was not helpful at all. She even talked down to the gentleman working for her and was very be condescending in her words to him and customers. Be very careful giving your credit card over the phone to their customer service. Best car rental service I've ever dealt with! Friendly and speedy
We went to drop the car off a half hour before the location closed and the door was already locked. They charged over 100 to return it the next morning. They are not open when they say, what a scam!
