We went to drop the car off a half hour before the location closed and the door was already locked. They charged over 100 to return it the next morning. They are not open when they say, what a scam!
Horrible customer service. I prepaid for an SUV. When I arrived, I was told, " Oh we don't have an SUV we will give you a car." No, I ordered an SUV. Anyone in customer service knows if you don't have what the customer ordered, then you upgrade them. That was not offered. The parking lot is unacceptable and no one helps you pull out of the tight right place.
Excelente lugar para rentar y/o retornar el auto. Muy buena la atención de las personas que me atendieron allí. El auto estuvo de acuerdo con la reserva que había realizado. El precio fue adecuado al auto alquilado. Una compañía recomendable para alquilar un auto. El monto del dinero que retienen como garantía durante el período de alquiler es razonable.
