Thank you to Linda (I hope I remembered her name)! We had a rental with Enterprise and the line was hours long. Every other rental company was sold out of cars. My husband checked the Dollar rental booth and they had ONE car available. Granted we did go during a busy weekend. Sure it was a bit more expensive but it sure did beat waiting in a who knows how long of a line. Customer service made up for it!

Had to wait in the first line for like 20 minutes and then am told they don't have keys yet so we need to wait. Keep in mind, I had a reservation, so they knew I was coming. I asked how long the wait was and they said 45 minutes. Well 45 minutes went by once, twice and three times! Almost 3 hours later I finally got the keys! Ruined my plans for the entire day since the places we needed to go to closed early on the weekends! Then on top of that, they expect me to bring it back at the original time. I was charged twice for the same rental. Check out process was good. They were understaffed at check in and the wait time to have a person come and check us out was ridiculously long. Coupled with the long wait is the impatient nature of the employee.
