FRAUDSTERS! I’m traveling on a budget, why I chose Dollar Rental. I checked in at the Palm Springs airport helped by Heather. She was nice but the debit card policy is ridiculous. See the attached photo. My card was charged twice $534 and I was subject to a soft credit check! No where during the booking and mobile checking was this stated. So many times I got emails and checked my reservation but no where was this clearly stated or even mentioned. it was a nice car for the money however makes you have plenty of money on your credit card because they double charge the card plus another charge for a hold which is even more than the charge of the car itself.
Great Customer Service. Nice vehicle but no GPS. Had to hold I Phone in one hand while trying to drive! I would rent from them again!
