Dollar is probably the more cost effective option, but you get what you pay for! The customer service is HORRIBLE! 1. You can't get anyone on the phone. 2. They want you to do everything on the website that is not user friendly, i've been trying to update my profile for days. 3. They pack on extra charges once you drop the car off, if my receipt says total $400, paid today $200, balance due at pickup: $200..then that should be IT! Nice guy at the counter when I picked up the Corolla. Car was dirty with a used Starbucks cup in the door. Tire pressure was also low, the next day the cold morning lit up the TPMS and when I went to fill it up, it read 19 psi!!! Unacceptable.
Memphis’s airport had a reservation, express online check in did not show a car, waited over an hour in line in the parking garage to process reservation. Called in customer service and was told it should be moving faster. Terrible experience and customer service provided no options.
