Friendly service with a smooth process
This place sucked! Absolutely poor customer service. Had to wait nearly an hour for the rental that I reserved because they gave it to somebody else who came in after me at the Hertz counter. Customer Service couldn’t have cared less and were unkind and unconcerned…avoiding this place for any future rentals for sure!
