Actually I don't want to give any star at this company. It took 1 and half hrs to take the car, even though 5 people in front of me. Don't ruin your vacation in Orlando. The rent car is too odor to breathe and very old. My friend came same board they took just ten min.
Horrible waiting in line for over an hour. I said I didn’t want the extra insurance. when I got the email for my reciept I was charged $15.99 a day for liability insurance after I told her I do not want the extra insurance. I called dollar as soon as i got the email to tell them to refund my $90 I didn’t want the LIS she told me I would have to drive back to dollar where I picked up the car to have them fix it I told her I’m an hour away I’m not driving back there she told me there is nothing she can do for me. Poor service, long waiting lines and they charge us 300us$ for no reason! AVOID AT ALL COST
