Worst experience ever with renting a car!! After we turned in our car rental we get a call the next day to come back to fill out an incident form because there's now a scratch on the car. We go into the place to have a look at where we supposedly "scratched" the car and we have to literally lay down on the ground to see it. We didn't hit anything nor did we park close enough to any curb to leave a scratch but because we didn't lay down on the ground during the walk around to look underneath the carriage of the car we now hav... read more

This is a first-rate rental car agency. Professional, courteous. Ben was great to offer ideas for touring the Winslow area. I would highly recommend them and would certainly use them again.
My car broke down and i rented from Dollar Rent A Car at the Oxnard Airport and their manager Matt Popal is the most nicest human being that I have ever witness in my entire life. He picked me up from the mechanic shop and I had some problems with my credit card and yet he was kind enough to still rent me a car and I will always refer all my friends to Dollar Rent A Car and people like Matt makes this world a better place.
Ben was great. When we had a travel agency glitch he went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate us. Plus he gave us great tips on places to visit while in the Winslow area.THANKS BEN YOU ARE THE GREATEST!
