THIS PLACE HATES VETERANS! I went to this Dollar Rental Store and not only did they say they don't give Veteran discounts which it clearly says online they do. They also went on to tell me that they give no other discounts. Then when the rude gentleman sitting in the chair in front of me says I've got some other ways I can offer you savings. He simply goes on to offer me overpriced insurance that I didn't need because I had full coverage so he is a liar and that place obviously hates veterans and I hope everyone avoids that ... read more

The rental was a Toyota hybrid. The Sienna was top of the line with all the trimmings. I needed extra help trying to start the vehicle but the saleslady quickly helped me out. Customer satisfaction.
