I reserved a suv jeep. I ended up w a Chevy trax. Why are we allowed to choose a vehicle that we want only to get something you didn’t want. Wasn’t impressed.
If you rent from this location at McGhee Tyson Airport, just know that they will NOT allow you to drive west of the Mississippi. Definitely a problem that you are not made aware of until you are at the counter (good luck at getting a refund). Also, I signed up thru AAA, which gives the spouse or qualified family member a right to drive without additional charges. However, at the counter they said they don’t recognize this!
