very Rude staff members at counter, Assistant Manager Germany did not know state policy, staff hang up phone on me while I asked questions. would not recommend, Please save time and Go to Huntington Bank , US Bank or Bank of America. Much Nicer employees there.
Slow and extremely understaffed.
Wanted to open a new account for my senior mother who needs mobility assistance. No one was in the branch and we were turned away because we needed to "make an appointment ". Called the next closest location in Eastlake and no appointment was needed they happily opened the new account taking our money. Shame that they were dead inside with no patrons at the Euclid location and the personal banker was just sitting on her cellphone.
