The employees that know you treat you like family.
Opened a new account, received my debit card, called the number they give you to activate, and the number "is not in service" REALLY. I'll be closing this account before I even use it and switch to another bank. It's ridiculous things like this that is unacceptable for a banking institution. They cannot be taken seriously, and this is a warning to me for what lays ahead. I can do without the aggravation.
I can't speak for this specific location, but the bank I used was sold to Dollar Bank and it has been the worst experience I've had with a bank since Bank of America. They appear to be misrepresenting or outright lying about their interest rates. Online it says 2% for savings up to $20k. I was getting that for the first 2 months of the "acquisition". Went there to open a business account I had trouble obtaining my articles. I called to have them emailed to me which they said it was sent. Instead of waiting for me to receive the email they asked me to leave my seat and wait in the lobby because they could no longer continue. My articles were literally being emailed to me as they said that. There was one customer at the teller and the manager and another banker were available to help that client.
