Opened my account - got my paychecks direct deposited. Was pre-approved for a rewards credit card. On-line and mobile access is a breeze.
The staff is courteous and professional. They take the time to take care of the client. I don't go to the branch often but when I do, my experience has been great.

Opened a new account, received my debit card, called the number they give you to activate, and the number "is not in service" REALLY. I'll be closing this account before I even use it and switch to another bank. It's ridiculous things like this that is unacceptable for a banking institution. They cannot be taken seriously, and this is a warning to me for what lays ahead. I can do without the aggravation.
I can't speak for this specific location, but the bank I used was sold to Dollar Bank and it has been the worst experience I've had with a bank since Bank of America. They appear to be misrepresenting or outright lying about their interest rates. Online it says 2% for savings up to $20k. I was getting that for the first 2 months of the "acquisition".
