Dollar Bank has the worst business accounts ever. Every other week, my card is being blocked for purchases I made. I had my card blocked for a $20 purchase where I had to make a $6 deposit. The following day, I get ready to have my service done and continue to pay and my card declines. This is so embarrassing when you get to check out at places. My two experiences with this branch location have been excellent. Great customer service and friendly staff!
I’m happy with this bank. I was looking for a bank after suspecting navy federal was doing something suspicious with my bank account. Navy federal lies about transactions and a particular branch didn’t want to dispute my charges. It’s almost like they are after my funds and are manipulating me. This bank seems better. I will give navy federal a chance to redeem themselves. If navy federal doesn’t fix their errors and make me happy then I might just make dollar bank my main banking system. They seem more honest.
