The only reason I closed my account was when they changed names they changed how they responded to customer service. I couldn't call my bank like normal people do.i had to call a 1800. And wait for hours. Who does that?
The only reason why they get a two is because the Manager put her best nice face on. The banker was not solution based at all. She was quick turn us away due to one form needed to open a business account, totally disregarded the fact that we requested a personal account as well. Honestly, I felt that the banker thought we were scamming and found any reason to not open the account. We went across the street to Truist and they were able to help complete the document needed and they got our business!
Tish Goodwyn is the best....she made getting the loan for our boat super easy.... We were almost completely hands off for the whole process. Great rates and even better service.
