I just got racially profiled trying to cash a check. The manager had to call corporate and the originator of the check before they would cash my 90 dollar check. And I had to pay 9 dollars for the offense of being a criminal. When I had more than adequate ID...took 15 minutes to cash one check and I am beyond offended. I will definitely take my money to another business that treats all their customers the same. All money is green and I hate paying for poor treatment.
Best bank in the area. I know, I've done business with every single one of them except BB&T. Standard bank is personal and friendly like a credit union, but with the better services of a bank. Never a single issue with these folks.
