My account was closed and months later I inadvertently sent a direct deposit to the account and they reopened the account temporarily to accept the deposit and mailed a check to my old address. Horrible business practice. Dont bank here.
Only place I know that will cash your check without an account. Then you open an account and they won’t cash it unless you have that amount in the account.
I was told that I could not exchange currency for currency. It does NOT matter if I'm a member or not. You are a bank apart of the FEDERAL reserve system. If I walk in with $100 in $20s and exchange $20s for one $100. I should not be harassed and LIED TO from a teller who does not know the financial sector of the Federal Reserve. Do not bank here. My dad deposited check from a house sale it’s been 6 days and they keep telling him it’ll clear tomorrow and still hasn’t. Go Bank somewhere else before going here
