I went in to check my account balance and to make a deposit, the bank teller all the way at the end said my savings account balance so loud like seriously ?!! 😒 ridiculous behavior so pathetic!!!! Privacy please !!!!!
Absolutely horrible! I called a manager and she had no clue as to what her own bank was offering online. It was aweful. Why have a manager who is clueless?

When I go to the bank, I don't go to get lectured by the assistant manager who thinks she's a middling assistant principal. I didn't go in to be laughed at when I tried asking for help. I didn't go in to get told "Sit down or I won't help you" over and over. You are not my mother, grandmother, aunt, wife, girlfriend, or significant other. You will not speak down to me like that.
