I never write reviews but this place is just awful. I opened my account a few years ago with a fantastic young lady and I remember the manager introducing himself and just being so impressed with that interaction. Ever since it’s been terrible. The staff has turned over a few times each time worse than the last. They are unfriendly and unwelcoming. Bank is the worst. They lie, Chet and steal. Never had a bank take money out of my account with no warning. Caused a lot of problems. Going to find a a better bank. Stay away and keep your money safe some place else.
Wasted my time with the loan process. Worst experience I ever had just to get a simple personal loan
Caroline, the assistant branch manager, is spectacular. She guided me through every step of the personal loan process, has the patience of a saint, and communicated everything clearly, thoroughly and without judgment.
