Bank is the worst. They lie, Chet and steal. Never had a bank take money out of my account with no warning. Caused a lot of problems. Going to find a a better bank. Stay away and keep your money safe some place else.
Wasted my time with the loan process. Worst experience I ever had just to get a simple personal loan
Caroline, the assistant branch manager, is spectacular. She guided me through every step of the personal loan process, has the patience of a saint, and communicated everything clearly, thoroughly and without judgment.
The teller lady talking shit about other employees in front of customers the other day. Very unprofessional. I miss the staff they had when I started coming in last year. They were so awesome. A couple months ago I was in and waited for someone at a desk and this grumpy looking lady walked by completely ignoring the people waiting. I asked who she was and the girl rolled her eyes and told me she was the regional manager. No wonder why they have such high turn over. 🤔
