Unprofessional The branch in Brentwood needs a lesson in customer service. If you work with the public you need to be mindful and treat ppl with respect. I needed help setting up reoccurring payments for my mortgage through dollar bank. The gentlemen who works there has help me in the past (great guy) Today after waiting 20 mins in the lobby the lady comes up to me and hands me a post-it with a number saying she can’t help me that I need to call the 1-800 number. Always have gotten quarters for washing, never had a problem till today, was told by the branch manager there, Kublack, that they are not able to do that unless you have an account with dollar bank! Wow! Call the corporate office & was told that it was the company’s policy! You don’t have an acct. then you are unable to get quarters.
