I have been a Dollar Bank customer at the Moon Twp Branch for over 20 years. Two months ago, one of my 6-month CDs expired; I was traveling and did not respond to the notice to renew the CD within the specified time. As a result, the CD renewed at a 1% APR. As it was my fault in not responding, I planned to wait out the 6 months and get a better rate then. It was closed. On Saturdays we didn't know they closed at 1pm.
Had an issue with refinancing a mortgage. Brittany said the taxes and insurance were included and they were not. Now the payment is $450.00 more a month. I tried to see what they could do to help with this situation but both Brittany and the Branch Manager, Lucas, were rude, disrespectful, and not helpful at all. If you're going there for a loan make sure you know exactly what you are signing.
Very helpful with my banking needs. The Management really cares about their customers, unlike the big bank I used to use.
