I have been a Dollar Bank customer at the Moon Twp Branch for over 20 years. Two months ago, one of my 6-month CDs expired; I was traveling and did not respond to the notice to renew the CD within the specified time. As a result, the CD renewed at a 1% APR. As it was my fault in not responding, I planned to wait out the 6 months and get a better rate then.
