Sorry guys this happened to me with Dollar Bank at this Public Square location. Found two overdraft fee of $36 each on my account. After showing them the proof there was only one charge using my debit card they wouldn't return my other overdraft fee. I have been cordial with them through out the process. Everyone is always friendly and helpful this is a really great bank. Full of fantastic people who care about people. They explain things very well so there's never any confusion. Just excellent service all the way around. Plus there security guy is very kind. He always makes my kids smile. They all make every visit personal.
Worst bank I had the sorrow of going in. Slow, dirty and creepy
