This has got to be the worst most outdated bank to exist. Consistent issues with the card, card declines and had to be the guy that shows he has money in his account. It takes a whole 20 minutes to verify my account on the phone (soon they'll need blood samples). I have got to let go of this horrible bank!

I recently opened and account with an initial deposit of $3,400 using a cashiers check. While opening I was told by Charlotte that there would be a 5 business day hold on the funds for new customers. I then went on to quote their funds availability policy which states "The first $5,525 of a day’s total deposit of U.S. Postal Service money orders, Federal Reserve Bank checks, Federal Home Loan Bank checks, cashier’s, certified and teller’s checks, traveler’s checks and Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia state and local governmen... read more
