Amazing customer service allow me to come into the store after closing hours and purchase what I needed for my event also offered me a discount. Will definitely continue to shop here love their extraordinary customer service and their willingness to go to their extra step totake care of their customer. The manager is amazing.
Was Looking for matching suits 3 days before event. This store came to my rescue better than menswearhouse. Sized on the spot, tailored and picked up less than 24hours. Decent selection, little pricey but definitely worth it. Worked with me on how much money I was trying to spend and was able to bring price down a bit. Shot out to the worker that helped us named SAFE. He definitely needs a raise.
My husband bought a vest from them, had it for approximately 1 week, tried to exchange it for a lighter shade. (NOT return). One man comes to us and says it smells like it’s been washed. It stayed in the bag the entire time. He goes to get another rep who tells it hasn’t been washed it’s been stained. They sold us this shirt in the exact condition we tried to exchange it for. They sell used/worn clothes and then try to get over on people. Do NOT spend your hard earned money here.
