I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Dolce Vita Day Spa, which has exhibited dishonest practices and a complete lack of customer service. After Receiving a gift card for my birthday from my son, I attempted to return it due to a previous negative experience I had at the spa. When I called to request a refund, I spoke with two different representatives who stated that their policy does not allow for refunds, despite my explanation of the situation. Dolce Vita is such a great place. The building gives you such a feel that you are in Italy! Service is so kind, massages are given with the softest touch, I say all should go check this place out!

Oh My... the Dermal Pedicure is just what I have alway's asked for but no-one could deliver the results. My feet were well groomed with a special product fromFootLogics. When Vicki scrubbed my feet the results were amazing, she used a foot paddle that didn't hurt or tickle even my most sensitive spot's. I could see the results on the towel in just seconds.
