I had a great experience purchasing shoes on 9/29. I was assisted by “Karlee”, she greeted me with a warm smile and was so helpful throughout the entire experience. I hope she is recognized for her amazing customer care and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.
August 31st. I arrived at approximately 7:20 p.m., well before the boutique’s stated 8:00 p.m. closing time. When I approached the store, I could see an employee sitting behind the curtains using his phone. After noticing me, he stood up and told me that the boutique was only assisting clients who had appointments. I was surprised by this and responded that he was sitting down and did not appear to be assisting anyone. He then told me that he had many things to do in the back.
