I just moved to Scottsdale from San Diego and I was looking for a place that does coolsculpting in the jaw/chin area. I came across Dolce Aesthetics on Groupon. I spoke with Christina who was very pleasant on the phone and booked me for a same day appointment. I was extremely excited to come in and was greeted warmly at the front. I drove over an hour to get here after confirming my appt the week before. Then, the lady I spoke with coups did not even take responsibility for her mistake. She tried puuting it off on me stating i food not confirm for a 2nd time via text message this morning. I never received a text message. Very unprofessional.
I got my lips done there. Rosie did a fabulous job very polite kind to be around, but did my wrinkles by my eyes. She charged me $70 more then she quoted With out asking before she injected. :(
Christina does amazing work with great customer service. I always leave our sessions feeling like a brand new woman. She always is so cheerful full of ideas and cool new things to try. My skin guru. Thank you.
Hands down, The best medspa I have been to. Experienced injector and my lips and cheeks looks amazing! The gal who did my laser is also so knowledgeable.
