Company sent there truck driver down a road that's not semi accessible and ripped out my electrical lines to my house, two car garage and my big shed. The driver stated he shouldn't have been down our road to begin with but went anyway. The dohrn company is not taking any responsibility of the damage caused and when I called and talked to "Sarah" the lady who handles stuff like this for the company, she hung up on me 3 times and was very rude every time I called. Absolutely awful. They've now scheduled two appointments and just not shown up. If I ran my business this way, I wouldn't be in business long. I have absolutely no problem with things taking time to get to me, but don't schedule appointments and then do the whole "oopsie daisy, we didn't make it," routine... That's ridiculous. Do you think my time is less valuable than yours?
